  • Apple is just one man vision(Steve Jobs), and after that the craze, innovation for apple products has fallen down by huge levels. 10 Apple innovations that changed the world — or may yet? shows that they need to work on innovation.
  • Microsoft has fallen in capitalising mobile market which is the thing of the future. They don’t have any competition in OS for personal computers but that’s not sufficient.
  • One more giant I’m missing in this question is facebook. They’re literally shaping the online media. However popular quora, google or any other website may be, we can’t resist ourself from facebook. They’ve redefined social media and using one single platform for each n everything. They don’t resist from buying any of the product which may seem their competitor in near future. They know the business very well. Plus, Mark Zuckerberg is the youngest of these most prominent’s. And, his inclination towards advanced technologies like AI can be clearly seen.
  • There was one time when google could have fallen. It was when microsoft launched their own search engine "bing". But, google had anticipated that well and prepared enough to escape the hunt.
  • Google is run by its co-founders Larry Page and Sergey Brin who're college mates. Their compatibility has taken google to the position that even they wouldn't have thought.
  • Every new launch of their product is well received by the people. Even if it can't rule the market, it can be among the top competitor. Google plus has not well boomed still its a good platform for people to connect.
  • The ability that they can offer their products *free* to the users shows their potential and will to serve the society rather than just earning big bucks.
